Important information before closing your account:

• All valid tickets purchased prior to your account closure will remain active and fully eligible for entry into their respective draws.

• Any winnings from valid entries will still be processed and paid in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

• Account closures are permanent and cannot be reversed once actioned.

• Refunds will not be issued for any tickets, entries, or credit remaining at the time of closure.

• Account closure requests may take time to process, particularly during busy periods. If your request relates to gambling concerns, we strongly recommend locking or self-excluding your account immediately via the Responsible Gaming section while awaiting confirmation.

• If you have previously opted in to receive marketing communications (such as emails, SMS, or push notifications), these will be automatically disabled as part of the account closure process. You will no longer receive promotional messages from us once your account has been closed.
