HOW DO I ENTER THE COMPETITIONS?

Entering with Royalux Competitions is quick, straightforward, and open to all eligible participants aged 18 or over residing in the United Kingdom.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure your entry is completed correctly and securely:

Choose a Competition You’d Like to Enter

From our homepage or competitions section, simply click on any live competition that catches your eye. Each listing provides:

• The prize on offer
• Entry price per ticket
• The total number of tickets available
• Instant Win prizes (if applicable)
• The draw method (Live or Auto Draw)
• Entry deadline and any restrictions applicable to that competition.

Answer the Competition Question

To ensure compliance with UK regulations and to maintain the competition’s skill-based format, each entry requires you to correctly answer a question. This is a mandatory step.

⚠️ Incorrect answers will disqualify your entry and no refund will be issued, so please answer carefully.

Choose Your Number of Entries

Select how many entries you’d like to purchase. Your cart will show:

• Number of entries selected
• Entry subtotal
• Total payable amount

You can repeat this process for as many competitions as you’d like (up to the maximum allowed per person per competition).

Proceed to Checkout

Click “Checkout” and log into your Royalux account. If you don’t already have an account, you’ll be prompted to create one. Please ensure all personal details are correct, including:

• Full legal name
• Address
• Date of birth
• Contact email and phone number

 This information is used for eligibility, ID verification, and prize fulfilment — and must match any identification provided if you win.

Payment

Complete your secure payment using a valid UK debit card. You must use a card registered in your name. Joint accounts may be subject to verification.

Once payment is confirmed:

• Your entry is final
• You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket numbers
• Your tickets will also appear under “My Account” → “Recent Tickets / Recent Orders”

Check for Instant Wins (If Applicable)

For competitions that include Instant Wins, you will be notified immediately on the website or via email if your ticket number matches an Instant Win prize.

All winnings will appear under your ‘Wins’ tab in your Royalux account.

You’re In the Draw!

You’re now officially entered into the competition. You can view:

• Your ticket numbers
• Competition closing date
• Draw method (Live Draw or Auto Draw)
• Any Instant Wins you may have hit

Winners are selected via either Google Random Number Generator (Live Draws) or our secure Auto Draw system, and all results are published on our website and social media.

Postal Entry Route

Royalux Competitions also offers a free entry method. Full instructions for this can be found in our Terms & Conditions. Postal entries must meet all requirements and must still include the correct answer to the competition question.
