HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY WINNINGS?!

However, as a responsible business , all winnings are subject to standard verification and security checks, and processing times can vary slightly depending on demand, prize type, and individual circumstances.

We have established the following timeframes as maximum processing windows, though in practice, most winners receive their prizes well before these limits are reached:

Cash Prizes

Winners of cash competitions can expect payment to their cash account INSTANTLY ready to withdraw straight away, subject to successful identity and eligibility verification. In most cases, payments are completed instantly.

Any manual payments we ask for up to 24 hours.

Physical Prizes

All physical items including tech, lifestyle products, and vehicles  are dispatched or made available for collection within 24 hours, unless a different timeframe is explicitly stated in the competition description. Tracking details or collection arrangements will be provided promptly once confirmed.

Ticket Bundles

Ticket bundles awarded through competitions, promotions or offers are processed manually by our team. While we aim to apply these the same day, please allow up to 48 hours during peak periods.

 Site Credit

If site credit is won via an Instant Win, it will be automatically applied to your account immediately.
If awarded through a main competition prize, please allow up to 12 hours for it to be manually credited.

We kindly ask all customers to allow these processing times before contacting our support team. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring all prizes are fulfilled as quickly and securely as possible and in the vast majority of cases, we process and deliver well within the timeframes listed above.
