WHERE DO I FIND MY TICKET BUNDLE?

Ticket Bundles are processed manually by our team and may take up to 48 hours to be added to your account, depending on order volume and operational demand. In most cases, however, bundles are processed on the same day.

If 48 hours have passed and you believe your Ticket Bundle has not yet been applied to your account, please follow the steps below before contacting our customer support team:

How to Check If Your Ticket Bundle Has Been Added:

1. Log in to your Royalux Competitions account
2. Navigate to ‘My Account’
3. Select ‘Recent Orders’
4. Look for an order with a £0.00 total — this reflects the manual processing of your bundle
5. Click ‘View’ to see your assigned ticket numbers

Additionally, you will receive an email confirmation once your Ticket Bundle has been successfully added. This confirmation will:
• Display a £0.00 order total
• Show “N/A” in the address section
• Include your ticket numbers and order reference

Please check your email inbox and junk/spam folder for this confirmation before contacting us.
