I’VE NOT RECEIVED MY TICKET BUNDLE

Ticket Bundles can take up to 48 hours to be processed by the team depending on how busy we are, but these are usually done same day.

If 48 hours has passed and you feel you haven’t received your bundle yet, please follow the below steps before contacting us:

– Go to My Account

– Click on Recent Orders

– Look for orders with a £0.00 Total (This will be the order of us manually adding your tickets)

– Click View and you will see your ticket numbers.

You should also receive an email confirmation when we add tickets to your account. This will have a £0.00 total & will show “N/A” in your address. Please check  your junk/spam folder.

Only when you have checked your account, emails and still can’t see your bundle being added, contact us.
